Shopee to Add 5% Technical Support Fee in 2026

Shopee announced that, in order to continue providing high-quality services and resources and better support its diverse seller base, Shopee plans to add a 5% technical support fee on its Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam sites starting in February 2026 (the specific effective date will be announced separately by the platform).
⚠️Note: the 5% technical support fee are applicable to CB sellers only (Not local sellers in the respective markets)
It is understood that the Shopee technical support fee is a standard platform fee charged to all sellers; when a seller's order is completed, the system will automatically deduct a fixed percentage from the seller's sales revenue.
Additionally, considering the actual operating conditions of sellers, Shopee will initially provide eligible sellers with advertising credits of up to 5% of their completed order sales revenue, based on their growth potential and marketing needs, to assist and support sellers in better operation and promotion, and to increase overall store traffic.
